Our origin
Where It All Began
ReachHER started with one simple mission: to remind young moms they aren't alone. We watched girls become women. We walked through late nights, hard conversations, and breakthrough moments. And as we walked alongside so many incredible young women, God expanded our vision.
Today, ReachHER is more than a ministry for teen moms. It's a home for young women — for every girl searching for confidence, for every young woman discovering her purpose, for every teen mom rewriting her story, and for every future leader who just needs someone to believe in her first.
We intentionally serve and mentor young women. We still proudly support teen moms.
Meet the Founder
Zion Diefendorf
Zion's journey began as a teen mom at age 16, facing challenges and societal judgments that could have defined her story. Instead, fueled by God's love, family support, and an unshakeable determination, she rose above adversity.
In 2024, she founded ReachHER in Clarksville, Tennessee — a faith-centered organization built to give other young women the support, tools, and community she wished she'd had. Her mission is to empower young women to overcome obstacles, embrace their God-given purpose, and create thriving futures.
I know what it feels like to be that girl. That's exactly why I built this.
